Waijung 2 for ESP32 version 22.02a and later supports ESP-IDF 4.4, which supports all ESP32 including ESP32-S2 and ESP32-S3 and ESP32-C3.

Therefore, Waijung 2 for ESP32 can be used with any boards with the above microcontrollers.

There are three types of Waijung 2 for ESP32 licenses.

1.Standard license: This license type targets undergraduate students. It provide sufficient tools for most students to complete a final year project or for learning about Model-Based Design. It can not be used for mass production. No source code and executable (.bin) file is available at the end of the build process.

2.Professional license: This license type targets post graduate students and researchers. It provide a full-features software to do researches with Model-Based Design. It can not be used for mass production. No source code and executable (.bin) file is available at the end of the build process.

3.Commercial license: This license type targets product development users. It provide a full-features software. It can be used for mass production. Source code and executable (.bin) file are available at the end of the build process.

Waijung 2 for ESP32 license is only of Annual type. There is NO Perpetual license type for the moment. (Perpetual licenses normally provide the right to use the software indefinitely.)

Annual license provide the right to use the software for 12 months. Free upgrade is included in the license fee. To ensure uninterrupted usage, you may renew your license prior to the conclusion of the license term. Otherwise the license will expire at the end of the term period.
